If you have 250 hours or more, we can help you obtain your CSEL in a week or less.

Get your CFI initial, or your CFII with us. We will coach you with your lessons plans, and once you are ready, come over for a week and obtain your certificate. |

PRE-REQUISITES |
|
TOTAL TIME:
There is no time requirement for private pilot, but it helps if you have had an intro flight or two in your local community to make sure this is really what you want.
For instrument rating, 50 hours of cross-country flight time as pilot in command, of which 10 hours must have been in an airplane.
For commercial certificate, at least 250 hours of flight time as a pilot that consists of at least: hours in powered aircraft, of which 50 hours must be in airplanes;
100 hours of pilot-in-command flight time, of which 50 are in airplanes, and 50 hours of cross-country flight time as pilot in command, of which 10 hours must have been in an airplane.

FAA Knowledge Written Test:
FAA Written Test Certificate properly stamped with a grade of 80% or higher if possible. (70% is a minimum passing grade)
It will be less expensive for you if you take an on-line ground school, know the theory and have taken the written test. If you haven't, we can still help you.
If you are doing a conventional course, we will spread the ground sessions along with your flight.
If you are doing an accelerated course, it will add additional days to your training. A one-on-one; test preparedness course is available for $1,500.00. This is a full, 3-day, all-day, intensive training program, with your flight instructor to ensure you pass the FAA written exam.

Birth Certificate or Current Passport showing proof of US citizenship
If you are not a US Citizen, then a TSA approval will be required. We can help you obtain that.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE:
Please bring a current Third class or better Medical Certificate.
Search in your area for local FAA Medical Examiners.
